Signed up for an Olympic weightlifting seminar in October at a local affiliate. The last one I attended has greatly improved my lifts but there is still so much to learn and improve. Clean & jerk complex: On the :90 2 power cleans + 2 split jerks at moderate weight

Easing back into running after a mild calf strain... Gymnastics Auxiliary: 6 shuttle runs (25/25ft.) at a slow pace 25ft. Handstand walks Calf felt great... shuttle runs are a great way to start back... man I have missed running!

Workout is done ✅ Best part of all is that I got to run!!! Tested some 200m runs at a slow pace to see how the calf would do... held up like a champ!
