Teachers. Parents. Mentors. Coaches. Youth ministers. We must do better. Our young people cannot grow up thinking this is ok. Prioritize antiracist education and conversations. It starts by thoroughly and painfully mining the prejudice in ourselves. This is urgent!

Does our Tennessee Senate think public schools are obsolete like the Senate Ed chair? What about the Tennessee House of Representatives? While you are convened to take care of our state’s business, HaywoodCountySchools are busy, too. Someone, please show some leadership & support for public schools!
