On my way to Groningen for the #IAML3 conference. I really look forward to learning, reflecting & sharing with others excited about multilingualism.

I just re-submitted an article after working on major revisions. It was a joy to work on these finishing touches, and see how much better the article became through the process! Fingers crossed 🤞🏼 that we get a newly published article as a holiday 🎁 !

The authors are taking a break from X, but it’s worth sharing here. “Bilingualism is perceived as a talent for white students and as a deficit for students of color.” #EAL

What a JOY to see this study published, with Therese Tishakov!😍 By observing and interviewing six language teachers, we identified nine different spaces where they highlighted multilingualism in their teaching. We hope this study can be useful for many! doi.org/10.1080/014346…

Feedback from a participant😍: "I am so happy to have been a part of this. I especially agree with the conclusion that a shift from focusing on what teachers "lack" to focusing on what we achieve in language teaching is very welcome, and more helpful!" doi.org/10.1080/014346…
