Pushed myself this past week too much. Now I have a bad cold. It’s just another one of those times you wish you lived with someone, or had family close by. Help with the dogs would be nice

Question: is it normal for a Psychiatrist to ask their patient which medication they would like to try? I have been seeing this Dr. for awhile now, and am on medication already. I have no idea how to answer her

Update: After years I think I found a medication that helps 🤗 the intensity of my anxiety has lessened. It feels really weird, and it’s like part of me is missing. I now have some hope that healing from this trauma may happen 🙂

Uh oh… worst sleep ever. Such a horrible night. Now I realized I took my day meds before bed last night. No wonder I feel like this. What do I do today? I have such a long busy day ahead.

I have been struggling lately. Ever since they moved up my thyroid surgery to the end of November. I know the surgery will go fine. I don’t know what my problem is.

I am having thyroid surgery on Monday, and am really worried about dissociating.

I managed ok. I’m now home. So glad that part is over!

I haven’t been on here much lately. To be honest I’m just plain sad all the time. Reading my twitter feed makes me sadder and I need to find a way out of this funk.
