Religion isn’t about truth. It’s about control. And the easiest people to control are the ones convinced that suffering is righteous.

The law literally says kill her if there's no ‘proof of virginity.’ In ancient Israel, that meant no blood = no mercy. You can’t defend that law and then hide behind ‘God wouldn’t allow it.’ You’re not describing justice. You’re highlighting your cognitive dissonance.

You’re defending laws that execute women based on fear and Bronze age ignorance, not facts—and calling it ‘fair’ because it worked. Replace ‘God’ with ‘any government’ and you’d call it tyranny.

If God was stupid enough to base a woman’s life on whether she bled or not, then He’s not all-knowing. And if He wasn’t stupid—but still made the law knowing innocent women would die from it—then He’s not good. Either way, worshiping that is insanity.
