Yesterday, Capt Turner, one of our GDMOs, began a 240 mile run over 8 days from Liverpool to London alongside 3 others. This is to raise awareness for Men's Mental Health, which is hugely important in the Army in light of recent events. Watch this space for updates!

We’ve reached £100,000 raised for James’ Place, what a boost as we set out on day 5! 120 miles in the legs, 120 miles to go. Pushing through the pain to complete this challenge and hopefully get more people thinking and talking about #mensmentalhealth

We have run over 195 miles in 6 days and Spotify has just stopped working. We don’t know how we’re going to get through the next 45 miles into London #PleaseHelp

Last day! 32 miles between us and completing the 240 miles from Liverpool to London down the canal tow path. Legs are in bits but spirits are strong today. Follow our last day on Instagram and donate to our charity James’ Place using the link pinned. #SuicidePrevention

Talk to someone. Just sharing can make the difference. Look out for your mates & colleagues. Ask the difficult question - “Are you thinking about suicide?”; Intervene - tomorrow may be too late; Disclose - tell someone so you get the right help. #WorldSuicidePreventionDay
