Assessing vintage variation on our library wines. The Cab Francs were complete opposites, 2010 was pronounced on the nose and restrained on the palette, 2011 had a muted bouquet, hefty mouth feel and great spice notes. 😍🔥 #Truchard #Carneros #NapaValley #Wine #Vino

2/17: Grabbed a barrel thief and pulled wine from both of my barrels. These samples will go to the lab to be tested for Malolactic Fermentation. If my suspicions are correct, Malo should be just about finished on both of these wines. #Winemaking #Winemaker #AmateurWineMaker #Wine
