Avery had a great time at the Georgia Tactical Officers Association (GTOA) Annual Training Conference. It was a valuable few days connecting with tactical officers from across the state and supporting those who serve on the front lines every day.

The question isn’t whether your community will look for answers. The question is: Will they find verified truth, or speculation and misinformation first?

You’re responsible for the entire county, but someone in your community is already where you need to be and may be seeing what you need to see. The question is, do they have a clear way to reach you to tell you what they know?

At the county-level, communication gaps aren’t always visible, but they exist. If reporting isn’t simple and accessible, information never reaches you. Reduce friction, and increase awareness.
