That was the interesting theme of the annual meet of CRIF Solutions where I was invited to talk on leadership & motivation in Udaipur. It was easy to relate to the theme and talk around it. There's so much that the corporate and military can learn from each other

A Bihari labour was shot by terrorists in Anantnag district of Kashmir yesterday. The terrorists have been reduced to this - killing defenceless innocent unsuspecting people.

As elections approach, we may see more of this, an attempt to keep the pot simmering

A spirited meeting with Lt Gen SN 'Tindi' Sharma, the oldest paratrooper (also a Sapper) at the Army Commanders' Dinner.

I'd posted a video of him dancing on his 100th birthday last yr. He is the brother of Major Som Nath Sharma, the first PVC & Gen VN Sharma, former Army Chief.

Nine Chinar 🍁 Corps Commanders in a frame, including Lt Gen Lt Gen A K Bhatt (Retd) behind the camera - all feeling happy at the improvement in the situation in the Kashmir Valley, where everyone has contributed.

This was at the Army Commander's dinner last night.

Happy to match my horse Govinda's enthusiasm to jump, despite his age (20) this morning.

It was nice to meet a Shetland pony who strayed into the stables and has found shelter there. Children are happy to ride him 🙂

AFSPA should be removed.

But it should be revoked only when the conditions are right. The leadership will take a considered decision. And it will not happen overnight. The Army will remain poised nearby, in a hand holding role, should things worsen again.
