The Silver Lounge Survivors Club Qatar Airways Support British Airways British Airways BA 123 flight, Left on our own for 19 hours. There is no accommodation and no upgrade. Left to fill in the gaps British Airways. Some people also have kids ( some are stuck for over 20 hours). Got generic email, very disappointing!!
One of our founding club members catches a stealth nap. Hour 9 of 18 in The Silver Lounge experience. Missed connecting flights. No hotel and No sleeping facilities in lounge - staff wake you up. Why?
