Bandtober rolls on! The Rock Hill High School Marching Band will be competing at the UIL 6A Area C Marching Competition this Saturday, October 21 in Mesquite, TX. Their performance will begin at 12:00 PM at Mesquite Memorial Stadium.

The moment the band found out they were advancing to the Area C finals tonight! Performance time is 9:30.

For the third straight year, the Rock Hill Marching Band advanced to finals in the UIL Area C competition. While they didn’t finish in the top 6 to advance to state, they had two GREAT shows! Bandtober will conclude next Saturday as they take their show on the road to BOA Waco.

Due to the possibility of inclement weather this evening, the PISD Band Night scheduled for 7:00 PM at CHS has been CANCELLED.

In their final competition of the year, the Rock Hill Band finished 2nd in Class AAA, capturing Outstanding Music Performance and Outstanding Visual Performance, advancing to the finals. They finished 4th overall, their best placement in a BOA Regional Final in school history!!
