Slippi currently uses openskill.js (trueskill-like) for calculating hidden MMRs in unranked. That said, I have a few concerns with it for ranked. I'd love to find/talk to someone who is quite familiar with the math side of it to advise me on decisions. github.com/philihp/opensk…
