In 2013, #KP was the 1st province to enact a good right to info law & establish an Info Commission. Imran Khan himself launched it. But the #RTI Commission is now incomplete. 02 posts of Info commissioners are vacant since Nov 18, 2019 & July 14, 2022. dawn.com/news/1037068

I filed a 1/10 application to become a party to the petition challenging the ban on X before the IHC. The application was supposed to come up in the urgent list on May 2, but my counsel was told it would be heard with the main case which was on serial no 13 in the regular list.

Staff was helpful, yet it took me over an hour to file a missing document in the #SupremeCourt about my #RTI review petition. One thing that needed to be done was to buy/ affix tickets on multiple pages. Why can’t the procedure be simplified? Why #bars don’t take up such issues?
