1/2 From Cold Spring: Flooding in Lower Village As predicted, the areas west of the tracks have flooded. High tide is expected around 11am. Until the tide recedes, Lower Main, Fish, North, West and New Streets are closed.

2/2 from Cold Spring village, re, flooding: As soon as the Roadways and Facilities Crew can access these streets, the debris will be cleared to the greatest extent possible before the freezing begins. Roads around the village will be pre-treated for ice.
