We get asked about boots & bergans a lot so a reminder of some rules:
🥾BOOTS-we don't care what they look like, just that they have good ankle support
🎒BERGAN-needs to comfortably carry your 35lb weight
👖TROUSERS-a pair of your choice, but must be trousers, not running tights

Dougie is taking on the PARAS'2 at Catterick and fundraising for SUPPORT OUR PARAS
PARAS'2 is open to children aged 8-15 & is
a 2 mile run that will take place prior to our main race. All PARAS'2 entrants must be accompanied
by an adult.
