had the last two days off. working 10 hours over the next two days at the work place than two more days off. two day week week! than re-signing the new lease for another year on Sunday

decided to do a post WrestleMania 40 weight cut. been over eating often. going to start eating better and less often. will work in pushups and sit-ups along the way. here is my starting weight. wanna start by dropping 10 pounds than go from there.

did a quick food run after work and a kid in the store started yelling like they knew they were going to be beaten once they got home. was crying yelling I don't wanna go! over and over. I only say that because I was often beaten as a kid and thatโ€™s how I would have reacted.
