The worst irony? The sticking point that can't be overcome is Alberta's refusal to adequately do it's fucking job and build schools and hire staff to deal with the population growth they themselves fucking demanded but didn't prepare for.

Teachers have not only been forced back to the same conditions they left, they are promised that zero improvements will be made in 4 years. Hundreds of schools in AB have been over capacity for years. This government isn't only not fixing it, they aren't even trying.
