27 year old semi pro footballer came to us after rupturing his Achilles six months ago. This was his first run yesterday which was actually one day short of the six months marker since injury. He still has a lot of work to do but is doing well! 💪💪

Today we say goodbye but celebrate the life of Alan Smith the former Sheffield Wednesday and England physiotherapist. Alan and I were good friends for many years and then worked together for the England Men’s team. Rome in 1997 and Munich 2001 were memorable nights. Goodbye Pal.
