Metabolic Circuits classes are held at The Lenton Centre on Monday evenings from 7pm-8pm. £5 per session or FREE with a monthly gym pass.

We are looking for volunteers to help with marketing, running a cafe and organising projects. If you are interested, please contact the centre on 0115 941 2422.

Regrettably we've taken the decision to close The Lenton Centre with immediate effect until 30th April 2020. Safety of our staff and our community are a priority.
