Up in Hanover, N.H., for the Twin State All-Star game between New Hampshire and Vermont. Seniors from across both states battle for bragging rights in this annual rivalry game. Last year, the Granite State dominated with a 19-4 win.

This NH team better not lose one face-off. Three of the best in the state at the X from all three divisions.

Through the first quarter, N.H. has a 5- 2 lead over Vermont, with 2 goals from RJ Proulx and individual tallies from Colin Foley, Evan Capello, and John Paul Torgerson. James Murphy has both of Vermont's goals.

Vermont has taken the lead 7-6, scoring two straight goals, one from Luke Bushey and the other from Noah Bruttomesso. NH is reeling.

HALF Vermont 10 New Hampshire 7 A huge rally from the Green Mountain state put them up by three goals. New Hampshire's possession advantage evaporated quickly, as Vermont struck on the break multiple times, outscoring N.H. 8-2 in the second stanza.

Vermont is still in command here in the third, 12-8 lead. NH is struggling to get good shots off in the second half. Vermont is just going after it in transition and the ride.

At the end of the third quarter, Vermont still has the lead, 13-10. New Hampshire rallied a little bit late in the stanza, but Vermont got an insurance goal late from James Murphy, his third, with 30 seconds left in the quarter.

Vermont is putting this one away. Three unanswered goals, two from James Murphy, who leads all scorers with 5 goals and 3 assists. It's 16-13 with less than 2 minutes to play.

FINAL Vermont 17 New Hampshire 13 Excellent games from netminder Evan Andrews and an 8-point day from James Murphy pushed Vermont past a strong New Hampshire team. RJ Proulx led the Granite State in scoring with four goals.
