Kirkwood leads Jackson in the district championship at a packed Holley Gym 12-9 at the end of the 1st quarter

And the end of the 1st half, the Indians lead the Pioneers 17-16.

Kirkwood closes out the third quarter with a five point run, all from Hughes. The Pioneers lead 28-24.

Jackson comes back and ties it at 32 with under four minutes to go in the game.

Jackson wins the Class 6 District 1 Championship 39-37.
