HugoAwards PSA for those who, like me, might have waited until the last minute to finish nominating. chengduworldcon email support is advising US residents unable to reach the site to use a VPN. Their suggestion to use the free one in the Opera browser worked for me.

If you were a member of either chengduworldcon (2023) or Chicago Worldcon (2022) by the end of January 2023, you are eligible to nominate for the 2023 Hugo Awards. Nominate at hugo.chengduworldcon.com/hugo-awards/ by 23:59 Hawaii Standard Time (UTC – 10) on April 30, 2023.
