2/ 19 First and foremost, I made mistakes in the set up of the offering. No one else. Me. So I'm here to fix those mistakes.

3/19 I continue to be incredibly bullish on ITFK, but I made choices in the structure of the sale that made it difficult for the keys to hold their resale value in the short term.

4/19 First and foremost, the supply was too large. My aim was to do everything in one collection that would account for growing demand in the future. Mistake. I should have broken things up into smaller drops spread out over time as demand increased. Pent up demand is the goal.

10/19 It is so clear to me that the future is Web3. As I transition Impact Theory from a Web2 company to a Web3 company, I have no doubt I'll make more mistakes. But I'm committed to learning, improving, and building something exceptional that lasts.

11/19 A major part of our go-forward strategy is to give our community the level of transparency they'll need to be truly engaged. We'll also be creating an incentive structure that will give them a reason to engage.

12/19 Furthermore, to fuel the community's desire to contribute creatively we'll be creating the infrastructure needed for their contributions to be recognized and incorporated into the actual project.

13/19 None of this is going to be easy, but I'm committed to making it work. To everyone in the ITFK community that has given feedback, criticism, support, and encouragement you have my undying gratitude. It's all so incredibly useful.

14/19 The astounding insights that have come from the community that have helped the team and I think through these issues is truly breathtaking. I don't value myself for being right, but rather for identifying the right answer and moving on it. You've helped with that so much.

15/19 As I see it, there are three categories that people fit into in regards to ITFK right now. 1. I'm unhappy and I want out. 2. I want to be here, but you've got to give me Web3 incentives to stay engaged. 3. I've had faith from the word go. I'm here for the long term.

16/19 No matter which category you're in, I'm sending you love & gratitude. If you leave, I hope to see you in the future. If you're excited for Web3, I'm committed to leaning in to those principles. And if you're a long term hodler, you have my heart and undying commitment.
