Today marks the 56th anniversary of Captain Larry Taylor’s Medal of Honor action during the Vietnam War. Then 1st Lt. Taylor rescued four LRRPs on June 18, 1968, with his Cobra gunship, carrying them to safety while under fire. Taylor received the Medal on September 5, 2023.

Today, July 3, 2024, Pvt. Philip G. Shadrach and Pvt. George D. Wilson of the Andrews' Raiders shall receive the Medal of Honor, 162 years following the Civil War’s “Great Locomotive Chase.” Ceremony @ 5:15PM. Watch the livestream on our website: mohhc.org
