I had a family meal at Dame Bella’s The Customs House today. One of the best Sunday Roasts I can remember having along with a beautiful sweet to finish. Huge portions and fantastic value. Well worth giving it a try.

Not all of the visitors to The Customs House love the building as much as we do! Being targeted by gangs of youths is becoming an increasing problem for the venue. Ironically repairs to the building reduces the funds we have available to work with Young People! #PleaseStop!

We have had a wonderful weekend celebrating the retirement of our Executive Director, Ray. As a lasting tribute, and with support from our Board of Trustees, we are thrilled to announce that our main auditorium will now be known as ‘The Ray Spencer Theatre’ at The Customs House.

Sad to hear the irrepressible Helen Russell actor writer and composer has died aged 100 I worked with her many times and learned much about the business. Helen even sponsored my equity membership. Was on fine form at her big birthday an amazing spirit an amazing role model ⭐️

It hurt to hear of the sudden death of a man I was proud to call a friend & I loved the times we shared a stage. A lovely human being and extraordinary musician. A great family man who made a brilliant Granda. Love to all his family & friends.
