Mobilise-D Big Ideas Digital Biomarker Discovery Pipeline The added value of #wearables to #clinicaltrials is clear- higher sensitivity of accelerometry-based #digitalbiomarkers as compared to traditional 6MWT means fewer people needed to see a effect of a treatment.

We evaluated 5 different data compression pipelines on 5 biosignals - PPG, accelerometry, electrodermal activity, and skin temperature from the Empatica wearable and ECG from Bittium.
