Great article Kevin Gorman. I've been critical of him since his callup to the big leagues. I've said many times he swings like he's playing slow-pitch softball, and that biomechanical explanation makes perfect sense. I'm rooting for the kid, a big improvement would be huge.

Been thinking about Maz today. Besides the obvious walk-off to win the WS, couple other notes: - That HR capped off one of the biggest upsets in WS history, NYY won 16-3, 10-0 and 12-0! - Maz hit that HR at Forbes over the 406ft in left-center, not 375 like many parks today.
