Lunch at Middendorf’s at Manchac . Shrimp and thin fried catfish 💥

Growing some micro greens and decided to put them in the garden. Not a big radish guy, but only took 3 weeks.

I plant 20+ trees every year. I get seedlings from Nativ nurseries and pot for a year. These are cypress, black cherry, persimmon, mulberry and flat wood plum.

RB&B day. Made a stock with smoked neck bones. Added Tasso and the trinity. Needs to cook down for 3 hours to get creamy.
