Fauci said in 2021 that Covid cases in the U.S. would need to fall "well below 10,000" per day before we could achieve a "degree of normality." We are at 1.3 million cases per day right now.

This plan goes against all the scientific evidence.

At this point I feel like government has spent more time & resources trying to hide c0v1d and get people to accept 1000s of deaths/week than they ever did trying to actually get it under control.

Biden ran on a Covid plan which included paid time off work to allow those infected to remain at home. This promise was never kept and instead government policy has increasingly been to send people back to work when still infectious, allowing Covid to spread out of control.

I am devastated—I saw with my eyes what’s coming from CDC tomorrow. My sources told me on what their rationale is based. And based on what I know (epidemiologist for 20 years)—it is complete bullshit crafted on thin flimsy data. I can’t believe CDC has such incompetent leaders.🧵

With many people getting COVID from the summer surge, a reminder that the CDC's isolation guidelines are inadequate. It's best to isolate until you test negative on multiple tests. If you can't stay home the whole time, wear an N95 mask to stop the virus spreading to others.
