Thought I’d give sub19 a go 🤣Definitely not there yet! Ran wearing my chest monitor to try and workout my locate threshold. I believe it’s a max of 165 bpm as found it comfortably hard. Maxed at 175 bpm on the parkrun, so my max heart must be around 180 bpm

Vo2 Max is going in the right direction 49 - 54 Another 30 mile week ✅ Deciding if I’m wearing the Saucony UK & Ireland endorphin pro 2’s or the Mizuno wave rebellion pro’s for the 10k…still not sure! Todays run, 25 degrees and VERY sweaty!

I’m back after hurting my back! Tested it mid week and it was fine. New max heart rate of 182 bpm (wearing chest monitor) at #parkrun and Vo2 max up to 56 at 49👍

Sub23 #parkrun pacer Forgot to change my watch over to overall time 🤦‍♂️ had to guess based on mile lap pace Plus 3.2 mile warm up and 2.3 mile cool down

Strong Winds & Heavy Rain…So Like Any Normal Person I Went For Any Run 😂 Longest run in months & months. Was enjoyable up until 9 miles, then was just cold & wet 😩 Vo2 Max now at 59 👍

I’m back after a few weeks off after probably having covid. At #littlehamptonparkrun pacing the Sub23 group. Feels amazing to help others achieve their goals. Approx 8 miles in total including running there and back. Fitness and breathing was good 👍
