this tweet is insane because look in the replies at all the people talking about how 'shaking' while/after exercising really, *really* helped them process traumas and such. ive never heard about this!! should i look into this?! could this genuinely be life changing?!?

daaaaaaamn i aint a therian or anything but the whole 'the mask = more real than your authentic self' thing is kinda crazy in this department. i really respect that. thats really cool.
