I try to apologize to my students as often as I can for even the smallest mistakes I make. How will they learn to take accountability for their wrongs if we don’t model what that looks like to them?

This week my year 11 engineerings have been disassembling LED desk lamps to understand how electronic circuits work for the R040 coursework module! It has been great to see how much they enjoyed doing this using safe practice in the workshop ⚙️ 🔨
