Mental health and wellbeing should be a priority - not just today, but every day. #WorldMentalHealthDay provides a platform for encouraging conversations around this issue, but it's important we build upon this theme all year round. Let's continue to support one another.

Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay - a day to recognise the importance of looking after your Mental Health Foundation and those around you in your community. We are holding a Tea and Talk session with activities for students and staff to get involved between 12-2pm in the Food Academy!
