Last week I had the privilege to speak and present at the Outride summit in Morgan Hill, CA about the power of bikes for our youth. Data shows that just 20 min a day on a bike improves teens focus and confidence in and outside the classroom. #stayprime #everydayatdunbar

Students know when a teacher is real. They have a radar for authenticity. * Admit when you've made a mistake * Say Thank You * Don't feel like you have to know it all * Listen to them/ ask them about their interests * Use humor/ stories * Let them know/ see you really care
