"(Mis)representing Public Safety," by André K. Rodarte and Anita Varma presented at ICA, dives into the polarized debate over CA's AB645 speed camera bill. Proponents see it as a public safety tool, while critics raise concerns about surveillance/racially inequitable enforcement.
