Most of the urbanism conversation is focused on high density, for rent housing. I think the much bigger opportunity is in middle density, for sale housing.

The Ford Green is one of my favorite spots at Camp North End. The only problem… Moving the giant legos for events takes forever! Who has a solution for how we could efficiently move 1,000 giant legos? (It currently takes two of our guys 45 minutes to an hour.)

Update: Over a year later and this building is still vacant Rumor was a donut shop was moving in. They added some signage, a sidewalk, and did some landscaping… But nothing’s happened in months and it looks abandoned 😔
