In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day our Temple University Community Affairs and Engagement office hosted a service project with Temple Med School, Philadelphia DHS, @Templehonors and The Philadelphia Youth Network to participate in our annual cleanup at Berean Presbyterian and activities with youth this morning.
Our Temple University Community Affairs and Engagement office, along with Norris Homes and the Temple College of Education and Human Development cleaned the Norris Residential Community Center and assisted with setting up for a food distribution project in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day today.
For Philadelphia's annual city-wide Spring Cleanup on Saturday, our office partnered with Temple University students, @temple_tucsa, Temple Sustainability, Project HOME and Temple Service Operations. The event is Philadelphia's largest city-wide, single-day cleanup of the year.
Temple's annual Cherry and White Spring Game has a rich history dating back to 1928! ππ¦π The game is set for this Saturday, April 12 with kickoff at 2 p.m. Festivities begin at noon with a street fair featuring food trucks and other activities. news.temple.edu/news/2025-04-1β¦
