TCA would like to share the celebrations held on Friday for our wonderful support staff, to mark National Teaching Assistant Day. Much thanks to the PTFA for the tasty treats. We know the outstanding contribution that all of these wonderful people make to school and pupil life.

Following our learning about charity during International Charity Day it was lovely to see the contributions for our Harvest Assembly. A big thank you to Rev. Lowries for his assembly on Monday. All donations will be gratefully received by the local food bank.

Telscombe Cliffs Academy would like to thank all the pupils, families and staff for their participation in our Show Racism the Red Card day.

A big thank you all the pupils who showed respect yesterday in assembly and during the silence. Pupil parliament representatives attended the Peacehaven memorial service . Another thank you to Chancellor Lawrence who attended our school assembly yesterday morning.

The children of Telscombe Cliffs Academy had an exciting day celebrating World Science Day 2024! This provided an excellent opportunity to explore what science means to us and to remind us of the relevance of science in every day life. 8.11.24

TCA have had two exciting visitors Firstly acclaimed author David Fuller visited to share insight into a writers mind and engage with some extracts from his series of books. Mike Shorer visited year 5 & 3 with an array of authentic Roman artifacts including a soldiers uniform!

Big congratulations to our debating team who will be heading into the semi-finals!

Thank you to all who supported the NSPCC for "number day". We saw some amazing outfits and all had fun! Please remember to make your donation using the QR code.

Wishing all our pupils a fantastic half term. We are very impressed with the dancing, style and positive attitude at the school disco. Thank you to all who helped to organise.

Lots of thanks to share as we end the term: a big thank you to the Telscombe Cliffs Academy PTFA who organised a hunt for the whole school. We also have held performances in years 3, 4 and 5 which were a great success! Wishing all our families a happy and healthy break.

VE day 2025: Pupils showed their respect for peace and veterans, both in school with a two minute silence and at the local war memorial at Merdian. Pupil Parliament representatives laid wreaths, created by year four and read a poem to local residents.
