3 summers ago Erika Chapa & I sat down & applied for a grant. We dreamed big & wished for things we knew our budgets could never pay for. When we got word the grant was FULLY funded, we were so excited for the opportunity to pour into teachers! Proud of this work & its impact!

We are super proud of our 4th grade Gators for representing Gardens Elementary at the district Science fair. They worked so hard to complete their projects! Kuddos to the PISD Elementary Science team for the AMAZING event! 🐊👨‍🔬🧪

So thankful for my friend & math guru Janet Nuzzie who has been coming out weekly to provide targeted support in small groups for our 4th grade students in preparation for STAAR. We are so lucky to have her helping our Gators. Gardens Elementary #PISDMTSS

Lemonade day 🍋 was so fun for our Kinder Gators! Our kinder teachers set up a lemonade stand & our 4th graders “purchased” lemonade so our kinder students could practice identifying coins. What a fun way to collaborate! #GroovyGators
