How are apps the future if I go to another country and need an entire different app store there? That doesn’t accept my Apple ID. So I am blocked of everything.

Not related at all but web works everywhere for everyone.

It’s kind of wild how after my agreeable definition of the terms “framework” and “library” at ConfrontJS how most folks not only agreed, but changed the way they used the terms in real time, like Daniel Afonso during his SolidJS talk.

Tejas Kumar However… in the past you were technically correct. The plan *was* to introduce a `popover` element. Read this article co-authored by Hidde and Scott O'Bother to learn why it shifted to an attribute.

⚠️ Mistake alert: in some recent talks, I spoke about popover in HTML as an element and not an attribute.

This was a mistake. `popover` is an attribute you can add to an element alongside `popovertarget` for displaying popovers.

It is a crime that Mikhail Korolev does not speak at more conferences. He is an excellent communicator of really interesting projects.

I think he’d be a great speaker for “I built this awesome thing”-style conferences like BeJS, JSConf Budapest - June 26-28th, 2024, and more.

Love his talk at ConfrontJS!

I love open source. Here's one of my small contributions to SolidJS' docs, propelled by The Browser Company's great new feature.

I just got Arc's *incredible* new live folders feature with GitHub pull requests and... wow. I've never felt more empowered in open source by having my work curated and presented to me quite like this.

Truly revolutionary work by Josh Miller and The Browser Company team.
