My ex contracted HIV by using a syringe he found on the street. Cutting off harm reduction supplies doesn’t stop drug use. It just makes it less safe. I personally used the same syringe for a year because I had no access. It was barbed and I shared it with three other ppl.

Vets say that on hot days you should put your hand down and touch concrete - if you can't comfortably touch it for 10 seconds your dog shouldn't walk. It was 102° and I couldn't put my hand down for 2 seconds today. I didn't walk my dog. 60,000 ppl are living outside in this.
