Before implementing CO2 Tax fix false assumption that we all have alternatives. Cdns, intuitively, know we don’t. Not everyone can switch their Ford for a Tesla. Make alternatives more accessible to more Cdns. Start by dropping HST on renewable tech & on labour to install it.
