A few years ago I made a Discord account and was in not less than 30 leftist communities. I lurked and watched and sometimes interacted with them there and on Twitch. Evil, intelligent forces at work in these spaces. These people are just the tip of a very dark iceberg.

I'm seeing a lot of talk about "assassination culture" right now. If you want to see an easy glimpse of this, go check out any streaming service and the huge number of extremely popular movies and shows that feature a heroic "black ops assassin" or similar. Reflect on this.

This is particularly irritating for me because now we teach nurses that they are not really subservient to doctors and we encourage them to critically question them as appropriate. No, we are not doctors, we just keep them from killing people.

I figured this would happen. Many many times have I seen doctors censured for fucking with nurses doing their job & ensuring a nursing floor is a place of peace & healing is 100% her job. We dont work For doctors, we work With doctors, and protect patients by questioning them.
