Fulton County Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade is alleged to be having an affair with DA Fani Willis.

But there's something more damaging-

Wade committed fraud by billing 24 hours for work on 11/5/21.

This violates Ga. Code Ann. § 16-10-20 (false statements). It's a felony.
