So freaking in awe of my dear friend Cathy Sechrist ‘s daughter Sophie (she’s SEVEN!!! 🤯) who ROCKED her swim & bike at the @smiley_triathlon_festival!! Just gotta sort out those side stitches on the run and she will be UNSTOPPABLE!!!! 💚💪💚
