A small plane with 6 people on board crashed Friday in NE Philadelphia. The plane was a medical transport jet operated by Jet Rescue Air Ambulance. The company said a pediatric patient and her mother, as well as a pilot, copilot, physician and paramedic were on board.

UPDATE: Mayor Cherelle Parker says at least 7 people were killed after last night’s plane crash in NE Philadelphia. She confirms all six passengers on board the jet were killed, one person was killed in a vehicle on the ground and at least 19 others were hurt.
