This just keeps getting worse. Yikes. The #bced ministry statement about the bad ad says the child actors were limited for health and safety concerns. That’s what teachers and parents are asking for. Not classes of 20-30 kids. #bcpoli

The MoE just made our point, in my opinion. I respect the fact that physical distancing was required to film this ad. We’re asking for the same with students in real classrooms in September. #bced

#BCed teachers and parents are asking for the same safety measures these actors and DBH were given to film that #bcpoli ad. It all starts with smaller classes and reduced school density to ensure distancing is actually possible. There is $242 million in federal funding to help.
