Attempting a brew with only items found at a grocery store. Having to get creative with the chemistry and flavor profile!

Remember folks, Budweiser uses Rice Syrup. So the shaming on Corn syrup is an... interesting tactic. Still funny commercial though.

Working on take 2 of a graff; a cider-beer hybrid, but really wanting the cider to come through. Using a bit of molasses to bridge the two sides. Is a weird experiment, but promising!

My Russian Imp Stout is called Rabbit Slayer as it uses Brer Rabbit molasses. Didn't have any. So. Grandma Slayer sounds a bit... darker.

Brewing up a smoked pilsner with honey and dates with a few other small additions. Part of an Indiana Jones beer. Should be interesting!

It's alive! Brew is fermenting along nicely. I have 2 weeks to figure out the best way to add the flavor of dates without any color. That is going to be tough.

Had a couple of the local brewers over. They were quite intrigued (and enjoyed oddly enough) my potato Ale. Had to capture the bizarre moment.

Teacher the neighbors the ropes one their new system. Huge double IPA. Pretty crazy brew for a first go, but brew what you love to drink.

Going back to the roots. Brewing up a recipe back from 2011, but with a few years of improved techniques.
