Denial to fuel people's beliefs/lifestyle, in spite of FACTS proving harm to people/animals/planet means I'm leaving Twitter

There's no difference between denial of indy with denial of climate, covid, meat/dairy

I challenged these and acted yet many pick and choose

So I'm out!

Lastly, we need to be ambitious for Wales - this will not be easy in a country that has confidence issues, but by offering a new challenge and a new Welsh national project, I have little doubt independence will give is the tools we need to modernise and properly level-up.

The advantages in favour of are vast. I don’t deny there are risks involved but the risk of staying in the UK are huge. The UK is the biggest single threat to 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 survival, nothing short of a full recalibration of our relationship with 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 is needed to secure our future.

State pensions in the UK are amongst the lowest in Europe, wages are stagnant and the cost of living is shooting-up.

As an energy rich nation that produces twice as much green and clean energy as we need, Wales could chose to keep energy bills low for its people.

An independent Wales government would have to make sure our infrastructure is modernised. For a country the size of Wales, this is far more likely to happen with independence than were we to remain in the UK.

The case for independence is clear: WE DECIDE our future without WM interference.

For example: The NHS in the UK is being privatised, there is no doubt this has and is happening under Tory and Labour governments in WM. In Wales, we could guarantee free public health in law.

In my opinion, a Welsh person ‘making the case for the union’ have been either brainwashed by the British State and/or have not bothered to look into the arguments and reasons for Welsh independence properly - even worse, they may have dismissed the idea outright.

Arguments made to remain in the union such as:

‘you can’t survive without 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿’
‘you can’t use OUR currency’
‘the EU will never accept you’
‘we would be sad to see you leave’

- these are clear red flags and are sure signs Wales is in an abusive relationship within the UK 🚩

Wales, like Scotland must make a choice - it must decide which ‘union’ is wants to be a member of. Currently, Wales does not have a choice, we are trapped in the British Union as a quasi-colony. Our resources extracted and our parliament undermined.

Independent Cymru will exist in a much changed neighbourhood to today. There'll be a community of equals; we'll have friends. It'll be the way these islands always could have been, and we'll all be better off for it. Tweets for an IndyWales no.6

Wales is blessed with natural and human resources. We are still told that Wales is too small and too poor to be free. Every country ever freed from Westminster rule was first told that it wouldn't be able to do it. It's an old lie. Tweets for Indy Wales no.4

How about this for a brexit benefit. The EU price cap on gas is 43.99 Euros per mega watt hour. The UK is £263.79 per mega watt hour. Remind me, who does our Gov't represent?

A timely reminder that the £5BN (2m a week for 20 years with no Barnet consequencials) that Wales is contributing towards HS2 could vastly improve our infrastructure. This may include-
✴️ Rail connections
✴️ Road improvements
✴️ Communication networks
and much more

TAFFY-BOY❤🥦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🇪🇺🌍🐑#ANNIBYNIAETH Yesterday I was within 5 metres of an otter, just upstream from Twm Sion Cati’s cave. There was a 5-metre wide stream between us, mind.

Sorry … in the extremely unlikely event that a Tory might read this, I was about 4 ells and a cubit away
