Today I updated a #TYPO3 project from version 10 to 11 and updated the code from PHP 7.4 to PHP 8.1 in a few hours. Thanks to TYPO3-Rector! TYPO3-Rector is really helpful, also when it does not do all code changes properly. I had only a few lines of code to adjust on my own.

Today we're preparing further for the v12 release: Reading all core changelogs transformed into over 130 issues (😵‍💫) and check them for possible migrations to provide and help all of you.

At first i was a little bit disappointed in myself, because i felt like i could not deliver the rector value i want until the new TYPO3 release due to some health and motivation issues in the last weeks. But i just checked: we have close to 40 migration rules ready - so have fun!
